Markets.
Selling AVERON products at home, across the East African Community and for export.
What we do
Branded oil, feed and flour; supply contracts with institutions and humanitarian buyers; regional trade; and export of sesame and coffee.
We sell at home first, replacing imports, then across the East African Community.

Why it matters
Uganda's grocery spending is about USD 7.6 to 8.3 billion a year, and agri-food imports reached USD 605 million in 2024.24 The DR Congo bought USD 542.7 million of Ugandan goods in FY2024/25, led by refined vegetable oil and sugar.25 Coffee earned a record USD 2.2 billion in FY2024/25, and Europe takes about 69% of it.10 From 30 December 2026, coffee entering the EU must be traced to its plot.32
