# AVERON RMH Holdings Ltd

> AVERON RMH Holdings Ltd is a Kampala-based holding company founded in agriculture. Its agricultural business covers farming, farmer services (inputs on credit, mechanisation, training), aggregation and storage, agro-processing (edible oil, animal feed, flour, coffee, certified seed) and markets, connected by one farmer data platform. Six further sectors are planned, not yet operating: industrialisation (agro-industrial plants, light manufacturing, vehicle assembly), energy and mobility (productive power, charging and fleet electrification), data and intelligence, fintech (with licensed partners), information technology and consultancy; a corporate social responsibility programme is planned across the group. Project 1, The Grain Hub at Soroti Industrial & Business Park, is in development (oilseed processing, animal feed, certified seed; USD 11.9M planned investment). Project 2, the Integrated Agricultural, Agro-Industrial & Food Security Development Programme, is at draft feasibility stage. Research & Innovation programmes: Seed & Agronomy, FarmGate (a farmer front door for basic phones) and FieldSight (satellite and climate intelligence for farm credit), proposed with Uganda's National Agricultural Research Organisation (NARO) institutes; no partnership has yet been agreed. Targets (50,000+ farmers, 16,000 acres) are plans, not results.
