Governance

AVERON is governed by a board of three directors. An Audit and Risk Committee provides independent oversight of finance, risk and reporting. A Technical Advisory Panel brings expertise in agronomy, processing and agricultural finance.

Each major investment has a separate project company, with accounts and reports for lenders and funders to review. DMI Ltd is the project company for The Grain Hub in Soroti; the Integrated Programme would be delivered through a dedicated programme company, as proposed in the feasibility study.
