Quality starts at crop intake

The operating plan includes crop weighing, moisture checks, grading, drying and testing at intake. Processing and storage plans also include food-safety controls and certification work. Product specifications would be agreed with each buyer.

Farmer and plot records are intended to connect crop origin with deliveries. The quality and traceability arrangements must develop alongside the physical facilities.
